was created to promote collaboration, connectivity and to cultivate new ideas and best practices. The VMEA Team, with a wide range of experience in the meetings and events world, quickly recognized the role and importance of virtual meetings in early 2020.
Virtual is here to stay and we are here to help.
To navigate this medium successfully, we have been gaining insight from thought leaders who are immersed in the virtual component and posing questions that will help get answers to the key questions facing planners and event producers.

We are here to provide the resources you need to navigate the ever-changing virtual world. Pondering these questions, Jim Bennett, Founder and Executive Director challenged Co-Founders Paulette Hopkins and Lance Hornecker to build the framework and vision. We now ask you, our virtual community to work, guide and mentor each other to be the best we can be in this medium.
